Everything you need

One app, from fridge to plate.

Every step of cooking, assisted by AI — designed to save you time without sacrificing taste.

Import from anywhere

A link, a photo of your notebook, a PDF, an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube video — Aloumi turns it into a clean, structured card, even in another language.

Adapted to your kitchen

No two ovens cook alike. Set up your equipment and Aloumi rewrites the times and settings for your actual gear, so the dish comes out right the first time. No more "set your Thermomix" when you don't own one.

An AI Chef in your pocket

Ideas from what's in your fridge, a recipe adapted to your diet, an ingredient swapped — and the conversation becomes a saved recipe.

Your recipe, your way

"Make it vegetarian", "no oven", "less salt": just ask, and the AI Chef shows you what would change before applying it. Anything you didn't ask about stays put — and you can keep both versions.

Step-by-step cooking mode

Full-screen steps, ingredients recalled at the right moment, timers that ring even with the app closed or the phone locked.

Your week, planned ahead

No more "what's for dinner?": your planner holds the week's lunches and dinners, made from your own recipes. And your shopping list follows along, with nothing forgotten.

Shopping list

Add in plain language: Aloumi sorts by aisle, merges duplicates and converts quantities.

Real-time sharing

Recipes, shopping lists and addresses shared live with your people.

A glimpse

The app at a glance.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you want to know.

Is Aloumi free?
The download is free, and your recipe book stays free: create, organise, cook, shop. The heavier AI features are part of a paid plan, preceded by a free trial with no card required.
Can I import a recipe from Instagram, TikTok or YouTube?
Yes. Paste the link or share the post to Aloumi: the AI Chef fetches the recipe and structures it automatically, even from a video.
Does Aloumi adapt recipes to my oven and cooktop?
Yes. Set up your equipment (oven, cooktop, food processors, air fryer) once, and Aloumi adapts the cooking steps to your actual gear.
Can I ask for changes to a recipe I already have?
Yes. On any recipe in your collection, ask the AI Chef in plain language: "make it vegetarian", "no oven", "less salt". It shows you what would change first, you apply it with one tap, and you can undo. Ingredients you didn't mention are never modified, and you can keep the original alongside the new version.
Can I import a recipe from a photo or PDF?
Yes. Snap a handwritten recipe or a cookbook page, or import a PDF: Aloumi extracts the ingredients and steps.
Which platforms is Aloumi available on?
Aloumi is available on Android via Google Play. An iOS version is under consideration.
How does cooking mode work?
Cooking mode shows the recipe step by step, with per-step timers, ingredient reminders and an AI assistant that knows the current recipe.
Why adapt a recipe to my kitchen?
Every appliance cooks differently: an oven, an induction cooktop, an air fryer or a food processor don't share the same power or settings from one model to the next. A recipe written for other equipment can flop in your kitchen. Aloumi rewrites times, temperatures and settings for your actual gear — so it comes out right the first time.
